Statement
What is this living “I”? What is this world in the making?
As an artist, I am driven by fundamental questions about the nature of existence—I believe infinite nexus of existence emerges only through interactions between individuals. Reality is an infinite flow—like the ocean, its waves suggest eternity—where everything is interconnected. Much of life happens without our assistance, understanding, or even thought, yet as material possessions lose significance against life’s impermanence, true contentment comes not from achievement but from relationships and presence, viewing life as a journey.
Life sustains itself through an endless cycle of reproduction, where individuals exist as both creations and creators. Recognizing that we are creatures within this larger system of becoming deeply informs my artistic practice. Desire to identify with this cosmic process, to merge with the rhythms of nature, inspires my interest in systems capable of constant production and form-making. These systems are connected to the human compulsion to produce form—something I explore through the intersection of the organic and mechanical, the physical and digital, translating physiological responses into generative art using biometric sensors and data-driven systems. These interactions embody human-machine co-creation, fostering a dialogue between body and technology where emotion guides machine expression. Translating data into motion, I reveal the interconnectedness of atmospheric processes, automation, and perception, ultimately aiming to foster communication between humans, machines, and the environment.
In doing so, I expand human agency and challenge traditional subject-object boundaries through collaborative interactions with technology, ultimately inviting viewers to question their own relationship with the increasingly blurred lines between human and machine and to reimagine what it means to be human.
